NOTES:  This is a very interestng watch in several respects.  First, the case is a rather rare double-hinged type and not signed.  The only marking on the case is "14K" inside the case back (which means there is also no case serial number).  Second, the movement reads "Swiss Made", rather than simply "Swiss".  I believe this is the only example of this movement labeling in my collection.   Third, this is my first and only example of green gold.  It is quite a strange color.   For anyone as unfamiliar with green gold as I was, I have shown below, from left to right,  solid sterling silver, 14k solid white gold, 14k solid green gold, and 14k yellow gold filled, all from the 1920s.  When placed side-by-side the different colors are quite evident.

Other things worth nothing about this watch are 1) the movement is a perfect fit for the case, as shown in the images below, and 2) the dial may not be original to the watch, as it has cut corners, as reflected in the inner track painted on the dial.  It is unusual--but not unheard of--for the track to not follow the outline of the bezel, but there would be no need to actually cut the corners of the dial for a case that does not have cut corners.
